Bio:

Originally from New York City, Faran has been in London for nearly 20 years.

Faran is trained through STOTT Pilates for her mat work certification, and fully qualified on the reformer through TenEducation – in fact she was one of the first Pilates instructors to pass Ten’s first ever Dynamic Reformer course for external fitness professionals, based in Notting Hill.

Through both training backgrounds, she can deliver private lessons and classes that cater to your needs – whether it be rehabilitative, traditional, or dynamic styles of Pilates.

Coming from a background in modern dance – she studied at Broadway Dance Centre in New York City – Faran has been inspired to stay fit by the best movers and shakers in the business.

In addition to working for some of London’s most exclusive health and fitness hotspots, Faran also works with a number of established central London osteopaths and physiotherapists.

In her spare time, she loves to work out at her local gym in Chelsea, play with her little dog, Bentley, and travel to beach destinations to get some sun whenever she can!
