Bio:

Jade holds a Batchelor Arts degree in Dance from the University of West London, where she also gained her Pilates Matwork qualification.

With a background in professional dance, posture and movement has always been a fundamental element of her training. Jade developed a deeper interest in health following the birth of her daughter, which led her to qualify as a Level 2 Health and Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Given Jade’s background, it’s perhaps not surprising that there’s a strong focus on form, precise movement and detail in her classes – and with her outgoing personality and infectious enthusiasm very much to the fore, expect a fresh, upbeat, and challenging session.

Constantly training herself and using Dynamic Pilates as the fundamental base for her core training, Jade is on a mission to help the nation feel more confident, strong and most importantly educated about the human body.

In her spare time you can find Jade spinning around poles – she’s a qualified pole fitness instructor and aspiring pole dancing champion.
