Always upbeat, positive and encouraging, Kendal utilises a wide selection of manual therapy treatment techniques, dry needling and exercise therapy to improve patients’ symptoms and treat the underlying cause of their injury. She draws on her expert skills to improve patient-centered outcomes and daily functioning.

Kendal uses an individualized treatment approach to ensure that therapy and rehabilitation is centered around the individual needs of the patient. She thoroughly enjoys treating pre and post-operative patients, postural related pains, shoulder injuries and ankle injuries. She also is keen to help people achieve what they want to achieve – whether that’s to move without pain or impingement, swim or run their first km or complete an Ironman.

Kendal is continuing her further education by working towards her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Melbourne.
