Bio:

Laura’s love of health and fitness began at a young age as a keen runner, hockey and tennis player.

She began her professional career in the city but was drawn back to health and wellbeing after 6 years working in Hedge Fund marketing.

Laura qualified as a yoga teacher and holistic wellbeing coach, working at studios and with private clients across London. Laura also teaches on and runs numerous retreats abroad combining yoga with adventure activities including skiing, hiking, paddle boarding and sailing.

Laura has trained across a number of disciplines over the past decade and is a firm believer of being fit for life and living to our greatest potential. Having recovered from injury herself, she accredits Pilates with offering the most supportive platform to regain physical strength and fitness.

Working with office workers, post rehab clients as well as pre/post natal clients, Laura recognized that combining yoga and its mind calming and physical benefits alongside the focused core strength and stability workout that Pilates offers creates greater overall balance in both body and mind.

When away from the studio you will find Laura indulging in her love of outdoor adventure or busy in the kitchen cooking and enjoying good food with friends and family.
