Sophie’s practice of yoga centres around the power of awareness to create change, both on and off the mat.

After completing a degree in French literature, Sophie moved to London to work in the advertising industry. Her yoga practice helped her stay grounded during her time in this fun but fast-paced and high-pressure world, and positively influenced her relationships with the people and world around her.

Despite being an only child, Sophie believes that great things should be shared, so she left her job and travelled to foothills of the Himalayas to train as a teacher.

Her classes combine dedication to the traditional yoga practice with her interest in anatomy. A keen tennis and netball player, she has a strong understanding of the physical body and the fabulous power of endorphins.

She places a strong focus on connection between breath and body to deepen stretches and to intensify experience, physically and mentally. In her classes, you’ll develop strength and focus as well as enjoying release and relaxation.
