We have always worked hard on the safety and cleanliness of our Studios. At the start of the pandemic, we increased existing measures and put additional Covid-19 protocols in place in order to keep clients and staff safe on our premises

Your safety and that of our teams remains our biggest priority, and with Covid numbers once more on the rise, we have revised our Covid protocols accordingly.

We will continue to monitor events over the coming months, and will ensure that we comply with the relevant government/industry guidelines at all times.

Before/after your class or session

We have reintroduced non-contact temperature checks on arrival for all clients and staff. If you are cycling or running to the studio, please allow time to cool down before entering the Studio as anyone with a temperature above 37.8 degrees will not be allowed to proceed with their class or session (we will be using our common sense if you have cycled/run to get here).

Perspex ‘sneeze screens’ have been retained at reception, and sanitiser dispensers remain in place throughout the Studio – please continue to use them on arrival and before entering studios, gyms or treatment rooms.

Water dispensers are in use, but we do not provide disposable cups. Please bring a water bottle. They are also on sale in reception if you don’t have one.

During classes and sessions

Classes and 1-1 sessions are run in accordance with UKActive and/or CSP guidelines.

All equipment used is cleaned with ViraBact, certified to kill Covid19. It has powerful bactericidal and viricidal agents and contains no perfumes so is non-tainting and food safe.

PPE, cleaning and hygiene

For Physio and massage sessions, the therapist will wear a mask and/or visor on request.

Air handling systems have been adjusted to maximise the flow of fresh air in and out of Studios and treatment rooms. We have reintroduced the use of Turbo Static Electrostatic Sprayers to fully sanitise all equipment and surfaces though electrostatic misting.

What we ask of you

We follow recommended Government, CSP and UKActive guidelines throughout our Studios, and we ask that you do the same.

As per government guidelines, we ask that you continue to take reasonable personal responsibility for your own hygiene and safety when in our Studios.

Current guidelines do not make it compulsory to wear a mask whilst in our premises, but you are welcome to wear one if you feel more comfortable, particularly during close contact sessions (i,e. Massage, Physio and initial assessment appointments).

If you don’t feel well, have a temperature, or any other symptoms associated with Covid-19, you must not attend the Studio.  If you become ill within 24 hours of your class or session, let us know. You will not be charged for the cancellation.

Please use hand sanitiser on arrival at the Studio and before entering your class, gym or treatment room, and wipe down equipment carefully at the end of a class when asked to.

Please also note that our late arrival policy still stands, so if you are more than 5 minutes late for class you will not be able to train.

Risk assessment

We have fully risk-assessed all Studios in the light of Government guidance. The results of the assessment have been shared with our staff and are also available on our website.
