This workshop is designed to enhance your DRP knowledge by helping you widen your exercise repertoire and develop your understanding of Dynamic Reformer class structure.
It's an ideal follow-on for anyone who has already attended a previous Teneducation Dynamic reformer course. It's also a valuable CPD session for any Reformer trained fitness professionals looking to improve their Reformer repertoire and sequencing capabilities.
You’ll learn why – and when – to select particular exercises throughout a class structure. And you’ll also understand why an exercise can physically prepare your clients for the exercises to follow.
Improving your exercise sequencing skills can make the difference in unlocking a client’s ability to recover from an injury, or simply to help them move up to the next level.
This workshop will also include a Q&A session to:
- refresh any points covered in your previous course
- revisit any specific exercises or techniques that you’d like to work on
- answer any Dynamic Reformer-related questions that may have arisen since your course
There are no pre-requisites for this workshop, and it does not qualify for REPS points
Designed by Ten’s head of Fitness, this is a 4-hour, half day workshop, with a short break.
Although it’s open to all Reformer trained exercise professionals, it is primarily intended as a follow-up workshop to refresh and enhance the skills of attendees to TenEducation's Dynamic reformer courses.
“The Dynamic Reformer Pilates course has given me a whole new universe of knowledge and a wealth of skills. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful and the course content was challenging and exciting. I'd recommend anyone looking into a reformer course to check this one out. You will not be disappointed.”
