BIO
Audrey was born in London and raised in Scotland. She is an actor, movement artist, and puppeteer, and has spent the past two years focusing primarily on physically driven performance work.
Audrey qualified from the North London School of Sports Massage with a Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy. Having worked with the Royal Ballet School and currently supporting performers in the new Hunger Games stage production, Audrey specialises in working with performers and athletes – though she welcomes clients from all backgrounds.
As someone who is highly hypermobile, Audrey developed a personal interest in understanding the body and how to manage it within a physically demanding career. Following an injury during a dance contract in 2024, she chose to train in soft tissue therapy to deepen her knowledge and reduce the risk of future injuries. During her studies, she discovered a genuine passion for helping others develop that same understanding of their bodies and is building her career as a soft tissue therapist with clarity, intention, and enthusiasm.
Audrey’s approach is holistic and client-focused. She is passionate about helping people manage their bodies effectively, reduce pain, and maximise their physical potential. Her aim is simple: to support you in achieving your goals and to help you move, perform, and live as fully and comfortably as possible.
Outside of her work, Audrey can be found in creative spaces, exploring the outdoors, spending time with loved ones, or immersed in her favourite escape – fantasy books.
