At Ten, Dynamic Reformer Pilates sits at the heart of what we do. Across our London studios, we offer expertly taught small-group pilates classes in a friendly, welcoming environment, helping you build strength, improve posture, move better, and feel better.
Whether you are completely new to the Reformer, ready to progress, or looking for something more tailored, we can help you find the right class. Start with Beginners Pilates, move on to Intermediate Pilates or Advanced Pilates, or choose from our more specialist classes, including Pre & Postnatal Pilates.

What services does Ten offer?
We’re best known for being London’s original Dynamic Reformer Pilates studio, and for having a leading Physiotherapy service.
We also offer Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Clinical Exercise Prescription and Classical Equipment Pilates, all delivered by the most expert team you’ll find in the capital, alongside Cryotherapy and Infrared Sauna to round off our unique combination of services.

Where can I find a Ten Studio?
We have 10 Studios throughout London. We’re in King's Cross, Nine Elms, St James’s, Fitzrovia, Hatton Garden, in the City/Liverpool Street, Notting Hill, Notting Hill Gate, Little Venice and Chiswick.

How do I book my first session?
We recommend starting with your preferred location, checking out the timetable and finding the session you want to book.
Once you’ve found this, you’ll need to create an account and pay for your session.
We offer a range of pricing options for all our services, but – to give you best value - we always recommend starting with the corresponding intro offer.

When are Ten’s studios open?
We are open 7 days weeks at all of our studios. Our classes also run daily, and at range of times and levels. We typically open early in the morning and close later in the evening, and in some studios we have a reduced timetable at weekends.
Our busiest times are mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and weekends, so we recommend booking in advance to ensure you get the spots you want.

Do I need to have a membership to book sessions?
To put it simply, no. There’s also no joining or sign-up fees.
We offer a range of flexible pricing options for all our services, which include both PAYG and membership options. In order to secure the best value, we recommend block bookings or rolling monthly memberships where available.
