Freya’s journey into health and fitness began early, shaped by a background in gymnastics and dance. As a competitive gymnast for over ten years, she developed a deep appreciation for movement, discipline, and body awareness- passions that naturally led her to a career in physiotherapy.

Freya is a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist with special interests in musculoskeletal and women’s health. She supports clients with a wide range of conditions, from acute and chronic injuries to post-operative recovery, using a combination of manual therapy, movement analysis, tailored exercise programs, and pain management strategies.

In women’s health, Freya provides holistic care for a variety of conditions including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain. She offers prenatal support for pregnancy-related issues and postnatal recovery programs focused on diastasis recti, pelvic floor function, posture, and strength. She also works with clients following gynaecological surgery and offers practical education on bladder, bowel, and pelvic health.

Known for her empathetic and personalised approach, Freya is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their bodies.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, dancing, travelling and soaking up the sun whenever she can.
