Mohammad is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) UK. With over three years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, he has worked with elite sports teams, private practices, and rehabilitation clinics. Holding an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from the University of East London, he delivers a strong evidence-based approach in his role at Ten.
Mohammad’s journey into physiotherapy began on the volleyball court when he was a a professional player representing his national team. He sustained a serious ankle injury during a match in 2012. What could have been a setback turned into a turning point; through the guidance and rehabilitation provided by a physiotherapist, he experienced first-hand the power of physical therapy. The treatment not only restored his ability to play but also inspired him deeply and gave him a new sense of purpose and admiration for the profession.
Motivated by that life-changing experience, Mohammad decided to pursue physiotherapy as his career. He dedicated himself to medical studies, successfully working through the competitive path to earn his qualifications, and has since developed his skills to a professional level in both sports and clinical rehabilitation. Today, he brings the same passion and empathy he felt as a patient into his own practice, helping others recover, regain confidence, and reach their full potential.
Mohammad specializes in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, with a particular focus on injury prevention, post-surgical recovery, and strength and conditioning. Having worked with professional sports teams, including volleyball and cricket athletes, as well as in private physiotherapy clinics, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his clients.
Clients can expect a combination of manual therapy, corrective exercise, and evidence-based rehabilitation strategies. He is skilled in techniques such as joint mobilization, sports taping, gait re-education, and functional strength training – all tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Mohammad competes in London’s premier volleyball leagues – keeping his love for the sport alive. He also enjoys strength training and staying active. He regularly engages with the latest research in sports science and rehabilitation to refine his practice. Outside of fitness, he loves exploring London, from its vibrant food scene to its historic landmarks.
