Favourite Thing to Treat:

I like to treat pre- and post-natal conditions & I also enjoy treating hip or ankle injuries.

Sarah recently relocated from Australia to the UK, bringing over seven years of healthcare experience across both the public hospital system and private practice. In the public sector, she completed physiotherapy rotations in Intensive Care, Maternity, and General Medicine, building a strong foundation in acute and complex care.

In private practice, Sarah worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates, where she supported a diverse range of clients – from everyday rehabilitation through to collaborating with sporting teams and V8 Supercar teams to optimise performance and recovery. She also developed a special interest in women’s health, working closely with obstetricians to provide pre and postnatal care and to help women feel strong, supported, and confident through every stage.

Sarah’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University, Melbourne, alongside Clinical Pilates training and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Sarah is passionate about helping people move well, recover confidently, and feel empowered in their health journey. She takes a collaborative approach, working alongside patients to achieve their goals while encouraging autonomy and confidence throughout their rehab. Her sessions blend hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation, and Clinical Pilates to create tailored and sustainable outcomes.

Sarah has a particular interest in women’s health, supporting women to feel empowered throughout pregnancy and beyond – to appreciate their bodies, embrace change, and return to the activities that matter most. She also enjoys working with endurance runners and athletes, helping them optimise performance, prevent injuries, and build resilience.

Sarah’s goal is always to create a supportive, motivating environment, where patients feel heard, valued, and confident in their ability to progress.

Sarah enjoys running, travelling and exploring new places; particularly finding a brilliant cafe or bar.
