Sophie is a New Zealand trained Physiotherapist, completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago, graduating with Distinction.
Sophie has spent the past 5 years in the private sector, seeing a large variety of injuries and post operative care. Alongside this, Sophie has spent the past 3 seasons as the Physio of one of the top football teams in Wellington.
Sophie has gained both NHS and private hospital specialist musculoskeletal experience since moving to London, and is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to Ten Health.
Outside of work, Sophie is a keen runner and footballer and knows the demands that exercise can put on the body. She has a passion for building rapport with her patients and going above and beyond to ensure that her patients achieve their goals.
