Zuzanna’s sessions are grounded in science, shaped by experience, and delivered with a human touch. Expect in-depth knowledge, a bit of humour, and someone genuinely in your corner every step of the way.

Holding a Master’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation, Zuzanna focuses on injury recovery and strength development. Her background includes Strength and Conditioning, and she is currently in the process of publishing her dissertation, demonstrating her commitment to evidence-based practice.

As an enthusiastic Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor, she teaches both general and pre/postnatal classes. Her sessions are influenced by her rehab and therapy background – blending precision, control, and mobility in a supportive, empowering environment.

Zuzanna is also trained in dry needling and offers a wide range of hands-on therapies, including deep tissue and sports massage. Her approach to massage goes beyond muscle tightness – it’s about creating space for clients to slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

Mental health is central to Zuzanna’s philosophy. She is passionate about helping clients transform their lives not just through movement, but by exploring habits, mindset, and lifestyle. She believes real progress happens when we address the whole person: the body and the mind behind it.

Zuzanna’s creative outlet is high-heel dancing. In her free time, you’ll find her lifting weights, practicing hot yoga, smashing dance choreos, or reading about Ayurveda. She’s a big believer in balance – whether on a reformer, in heels, or between reps and rest days. And if there’s good coffee involved, even better.
