In search of a form of exercise that would provide Rosie with the feeling she was looking for, she found Pilates. Rosie lives by ‘mind body connection’ . She wanted to explore her fascination for physical development as well as the importance of a positive self-image.

 

Gaining the right qualifications was a necessary step in her decision to create change, alongside her unwavering belief in leading by example.
