No prior experience is necessary for this class; a basic level of fitness is helpful but not essential. Clients are introduced to the equipment, techniques and some basic exercises. Recommended as your first class with Ten or for those of you who would like to practice at a gentler pace - though it's still more than enough of a workout to get those all important endorphins going.
Viola Diana
Originally from Italy, Viola obtained a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Motor Sciences. She then pursued a further two years of study to complete a master’s degree in preventive and adapted physical activity. It was during her various internships throughout her studies, where she developed a passion for posture related activities and Pilates. After completing her university studies, she decided to further specialise in Pilates, obtaining a certification as a mat instructor.

Upon moving to London, Viola has extensive experience as a personal trainer specialising in electro-muscle stimulation. In this role, she consistently incorporated Pilates exercises, paying close attention to proper form, and helped many clients with various motor difficulties to improve their physical conditions.

In Viola’s free time, she enjoys going out with friends, cooking, traveling and exploring new places, as well as attending different fitness classes at the gym.
