| Sat 18 July | 1:00pm | Intermediate - Dynamic Reformer Pilates A step up in pace and intensity, and definitely not for first-timers. Expect a varied and challenging workout with more functional progressions and an emphasis firmly on effort and results. | Linda Borella![]() Born in Venice, Linda has always been driven by a passion for movement. She began training in modern dance at the age of four, a passion that continues to shape her life and career today. Her love of movement brought her to Leeds, where she graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance and an MA in Interdisciplinary Dance Performance. During her dance training, Linda discovered Pilates and quickly became fascinated by both its creative possibilities and its scientific foundations. This interest led her to pursue professional training with STOTT PILATES®, enabling her to combine artistry, biomechanics and a deep understanding of movement in her teaching. Linda’s classes are energetic, creative and motivating, with a strong emphasis on helping clients feel supported, confident and capable. She encourages safe, effective movement while challenging clients to explore their potential, build strength and develop greater body awareness. With a focus on alignment, control and mindful movement, Linda empowers clients to better understand their bodies both inside and outside the studio. She is particularly passionate about rehabilitation and injury prevention, and enjoys working collaboratively with other health and movement professionals to support clients through recovery and help them move with confidence, resilience and ease. Outside the studio, Linda loves spending time in nature, exploring new places and embracing new experiences. She is passionate about art, music and dance, and can rarely resist a good coffee or a gelato. | Ten - Notting H Gate | Book Now | 1784376000 |
| Sat 18 July | 8:00am | Beginners - Dynamic Reformer Pilates No prior experience is necessary for this class; a basic level of fitness is helpful but not essential. Clients are introduced to the equipment, techniques and some basic exercises. Recommended as your first class with Ten or for those of you who would like to practice at a gentler pace - though it's still more than enough of a workout to get those all important endorphins going. | Linda Borella![]() Born in Venice, Linda has always been driven by a passion for movement.
