What to expect

This is an evening for anyone who wants to feel more informed, more supported and more connected to their body.

You’ll start with a 30-minute Reformer Pilates class led by Ten, designed to introduce the role of breath, control, strength and pelvic awareness in women’s health.

You’ll then join experts from Ten and Hertility for a 1-hour talk and Q&A exploring how hormones, pelvic health, movement, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and longer-term wellbeing all connect.

There will be time to ask questions, learn from specialists and leave with practical guidance you can use beyond the event.

Who it’s for

This event is for you if you’re:

  • curious about your hormones, cycle or fertility
  • trying to conceive, now or in the future
  • pregnant, postnatal or planning ahead
  • experiencing pelvic pain, painful sex, leaking, heaviness or other pelvic health symptoms
  • interested in how expert movement can support women’s health
  • simply ready to understand your body better

You don’t need to be experienced in Reformer Pilates to attend. The class will be supportive, guided and suitable for beginners.

Why Hertility and Ten?

Hertility helps you understand what may be happening inside the body through hormone and fertility testing, diagnostics, clinical consultations and onward care pathways.

We support the physical side through specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Dynamic Reformer Pilates, rehabilitation, Personal Training and expert movement support.

Together, we bridge the gap between insight and action.

Why pelvic health matters

Pelvic health affects so much more than most people realise: bladder and bowel function, sex, periods, pregnancy, birth recovery, exercise, posture, pain, confidence and quality of life.

Symptoms such as leaking, heaviness, pelvic pain, painful sex or periods that disrupt your life are common, but that doesn’t mean you simply have to put up with them.

This partnership is about helping you understand what your body may be telling you, when to seek support, and how expert care can help.

By opting in, you agree to receive marketing emails from Ten Health & Fitness and Hertility, including updates, offers and other promotional communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Feel more informed, more supported and more confident in your body.

A Balanced Foundation brings together expert guidance from Hertility and Ten to help you understand pelvic health, hormones and movement through every life stage.
