- Small Class Sizes & Personalised Attention: Our trainers know you by name and tailor each class so you can enjoy a fun and challenging workout suited to your ability level.
- Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Levels: Learn the basics and get familiar with the moves, then you can push yourself and step up to the next level.
- We ask that you start with a Beginners Class: It’s not a reflection of your ability or fitness, but to help you get comfortable with the Pilates Reformer and the techniques involved.
