Fen is a clinically trained massage therapist with over 12 years of active practice, specialising in deep tissue, remedial, and yoga-informed massage therapies. With a sportive background, and deep rooted interest in psychology and human behaviour, she naturally draws from multidisciplinary teachings, to enhance her treatments as a massage therapist.

Fen thrives as a therapist when she finds the obvious connections between mind and body. She believes that her experience from working with patients with progressive neurological disorders in hospice setting, combined with her experience working in a Canadian model physio clinic, have given her a great balance of both a clinical, and human approach, to get to know any new person, she treats.

Fen was introduced to massage therapy from a young age, with her mum being a trained massage therapist. Fen believes her empathy for her clients and understanding of recovery from injuries deepened extensively, after having sustained a serious injury herself, giving her first hand knowledge on lengthy rehab processes, how the body responds to trauma, and the injury cycle.

Fen is person centric and likes to listen first. With a meticulous and caring approach, Fen creates a treatment space that is not only physically restorative but mentally grounding—ideal for anyone navigating stress, pain, or physical limitations.
She doesn’t shy away from incorporating manual techniques from different styles, whether these are deep tissue trigger point techniques, harmonic-pulsing movements, or assisted stretches, when she feels this would be beneficial for you.
She is a strong advocate for wrap-around wellbeing, often inviting clients to complement manual therapy with other practices that aid in calming the nervous system and support our mental health. She is used to working in a multidisciplinary collaborations, and would be happy to advise you on all round care with other specialists, if needed.

Fen enjoys a plethora of creative outlets, such as painting, sketching, photography, with a background in fashion. Fen has practiced a number of different sports and currently chooses to keep fit through yoga, functional training and dancing. When she has the chance, she loves to do motorbike trips, both in the UK and abroad.
