At Ten, we pride ourselves on having some of the most expert – and expertly trained – Trainers you’ll find anywhere.

It’s the reason we recruit our Trainers so carefully. It’s also the reason we created the TenPilates Academy.

The Academy is unique in our sector, and possibly in the UK fitness industry. Its demanding, full-time Dynamic Pilates training course is industry accredited, and takes up to eight weeks to complete. Contrast this to many of our competitors’ training programmes, consisting of little more than a weekend.

The majority of our Trainers are already qualified to degree level or equivalent when they join. They include qualified Pilates teachers, Physiotherapists and Physical Therapists as well as injury rehabilitation, pre and post natal and sports specialists.

But no matter what qualifications or experience they have, they must graduate from the Academy before they teach a single client.

The Academy represents a significant cost and time investment for us. But given the difference it makes to the quality and expertise of the training we can provide for our clients, we think it’s worth every penny.
