Wed 12 December9:00amVinyasa Flow Yoga
In line with our ‘anti-desk’ approach, Ten’s Vinyasa Flow Yoga combines a flowing sequence of exercises with a strong focus on posture, form, and correct muscle activation, with breath used as an anchor for the different phases of each asana. Address the harmful impact of our deskbound modern lifestyles, restore balance, lengthen over-tight muscles, and help educate the body into a more natural set of movement patterns. Suitable for all levels.
Natalie France
Natalie’s Yoga journey began after moving on from 7 years of working within the world of data analysis. She was seeking a lifestyle of inner balance and needed an exercise discipline, which helped relieve stress from the body, while bringing a sense of relaxation back into her life and Yoga was the perfect answer. Natalie was hooked after her first Yoga class and would often take 3 to 4 classes a week in order to develop her ability and strength in Yoga, as well as enjoying the benefits it has on the mind and body as a whole.

Her approach to teaching Yoga is focused on encouraging students to pay attention to their own individual strengths, switching off from everyone else and taking your practice to where the body feels comfortable. The statement “I’m not flexible enough for Yoga” – something she hears too often – is an incorrect and limiting belief, and Natalie is all about overcoming the fears and obstacles that people create for themselves.

Mindset work is Natalie’s biggest passion as she is all about the mind/body connection. She spends her time exploring the deeper realms of this theme, alongside a love of travelling the world and taking time out in Meditation/Yoga retreats and workshops.

Emily Victoria
After practising various styles of yoga for over 10 years, Emily focussed her own practice on a traditional form of hatha yoga. Over the past four years she has completed over 700 hours of teacher training in London and India. She has taught yoga, meditation and mindfulness in Sydney, India, Sri Lanka, Barbados and London.

Before becoming a full time yogini, Emily had a successful corporate legal career. She discovered yoga as a way of maintaining balance in her busy life as she progressed up the legal ranks. Having personally experienced its holistic value, Emily was drawn towards in-depth study of the ancient principles of yoga and learning how to connect the body and mind to improve physical, mental and emotional health.

Emily finds the more she practices and studies yoga, the more there is to learn about yoga, the body and the mind. She advocates the transformational possibilities that yoga can bring, both in improving strength and flexibility as well as personal growth and she is passionate about sharing this with her students.

When she’s not practicing Yoga, Emily enjoys Skiing, Kite-surfing and Body-surfing – slope and beach permitting, of course.

Natalia Mihailovska
Originally from Russia, Natalia was raised in Riga, Latvia, where she trained in gymnastics and choreography from a very young age.

Since then, she has maintained her interest in the art of movement and, more specifically, activities which require strength, flexibility, balance and control. It’s this interest that lead her to Yoga. And it was the unity between both her physical and mental wellbeing that led her to continue her practice and move into teaching.

Natalia also enjoys being an active member of the wider Yoga community, which she feels supports and encourages people both physically and mentally. For her, Yoga acknowledges that it is okay to fall, get up and carry on.

With an emphasis on creating balance, Natalia’s classes will leave you physically energised, mentally restored and grateful for the world around you.

When she’s not teaching Yoga, Natalia enjoys rare teas and she likes to travel the world to find them!

Grace Sisto
Born in Rome, Grace moved to London aged 19, and has lived here ever since.

Her love affair with yoga started in 2009 when she saw her practice really come to life and become part of her daily routine.

Grace originally came to the mat for the physical aspect and returned because of the difference it made to her mind.

Since then, she has explored different practices and taken classes with some truly inspiring teachers, allowing her to expand her knowledge and also to properly understand what worked best for her. Having considered teacher training for several years the right opportunity for her came along in 2015 when she trained at Fierce Grace Yoga in London with Michele Pernetta.

Grace’s classes are for all – all shapes, all ages, and all backgrounds, regardless of how far you can reach your fingers down to the floor. She encourages people to listen to their bodies and be adventurous, to push their boundaries, and first and foremost to have fun with it.

Grace focuses on creating balance; between body and mind, and between flexibility and strength. Attention is drawn to alignment and breath and modifications are offered for injuries.

When she is not doing yoga related activities like practising, social networking, writing or studying, Grace likes to travel and discover new places. She’s into healthy baking, trains at least a couple of days a week and loves finding new music and artists to listen to and creating playlists for her classes.
