Jennifer Bentley
From a young age Jen practised various disciplines of dance, including Ballet and Tap, and also Disco dancing, where she regularly danced competitively at events across the country. The first time she experienced Pilates was during dance classes as a teen, and was intrigues from the outset.

Whilst she loved her years of dancing, she moved to Bristol aged 18 to study a BA in Primary Teaching. Despite graduating with a 2.1 degree, she quickly realised that the school classroom was not for her, and that her true passion and vocation lay in movement and fitness.

In 2010 she completed her Level 3 Personal Training qualification and since then has have worked many of London’s leading gyms and fitness studios training clients 1-1 and leading TRX and PowerPlate classes. She later went on to gain her Mat Pilates certificate.

Jen credits Pilates entirely for allowing her to regain her core strength and stability and getting her back into shape quickly after the birth of her son over 4 years ago. What she loves most about Pilates is the amount of focus needed in order to execute each exercise with control and precision. Unsurprisingly, her classes will encourage you to zone out from all other distractions so you can achieve a great mind-body connection that lets you feel each movement – and its benefits.

In her free time you will find Jen spending time with her little boy and trying out different food spots in London – she does love a naughty burger – which she will burn off later at the gym!

Francesca has loved sport and exercise from childhood, playing everything from netball and football, to street dance and charity half marathons.

She discovered Kickboxing whilst studying Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University, and having trained for 4 years to achieve her black belt she became the ladies university middleweight national champion in 2017.

Francesca has always been an advocate of Exercise as Medicine, leading her to complete a placement year at the Leicester Diabetes Research Centre at Leicester General Hospital and also at The National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine. Working closely with physiotherapists, doctors and research staff, she gained valuable experience and knowledge of clinical exercise with a range of different populations particularly diabetic, COPD and cardiac patients.

Through her research experience, evidence-based practice has become one of her core values. She continually strives to apply new findings to improve her client’s workouts.

Keen to create a more a holistic approach to treating and training her clients, Francesca completed her sports massage qualification. She believes massage should be an important element of any client’s programme, not just to help tackle and prevent injuries, but also for relieving tension and stress from daily life as well as to improve recovery between exercise sessions.

Committed helping people live healthy, fulfilled and happy lives through exercise, no matter what their ability, Francesca’s passion is to help people learn to love exercise and to build their confidence to tackle new challenges they first thought were unachievable. She believes celebrating the little steps of progress is the key to maintaining any exercise routine, whether you are a beginner or expert, to help you reach for those giant goals.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking in the countryside with her dog, training in the gym or sparring in the ring and going to the theatre. At any chance she can get, she loves to dance, no matter where she is, particularly salsa.

Francesca has loved sport and exercise from childhood, playing everything from netball and football, to street dance and charity half marathons.

She discovered Kickboxing whilst studying Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University, and having trained for 4 years to achieve her black belt she became the ladies university middleweight national champion in 2017.

Francesca has always been an advocate of Exercise as Medicine, leading her to complete a placement year at the Leicester Diabetes Research Centre at Leicester General Hospital and also at The National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine. Working closely with physiotherapists, doctors and research staff, she gained valuable experience and knowledge of clinical exercise with a range of different populations particularly diabetic, COPD and cardiac patients.

Through her research experience, evidence-based practice has become one of her core values. She continually strives to apply new findings to improve her client’s workouts.

Keen to create a more a holistic approach to treating and training her clients, Francesca completed her sports massage qualification. She believes massage should be an important element of any client’s programme, not just to help tackle and prevent injuries, but also for relieving tension and stress from daily life as well as to improve recovery between exercise sessions.

Committed helping people live healthy, fulfilled and happy lives through exercise, no matter what their ability, Francesca’s passion is to help people learn to love exercise and to build their confidence to tackle new challenges they first thought were unachievable. Her dedication from such a young age eventually paid off as he was taken on as a professional dancer for New Zealand’s top entertainment company, Diamond. She went on to spend seven years performing with Diamond, where her credits included New Zealand’s X-Factor and The Real Housewives of Auckland, alongside numerous sporting events and music videos.

During this time, she also studied at the University of Auckland to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Studies, where she focused on dance education and developed a passion to teach others.

Having spent many years swept up in the world of dance both professionally and educationally, it’s no surprise that she discovered Barre in 2014 and quickly began teaching Barre in her home country, New Zealand. Now that she’s settled into London it’s all about TenBarre.

Having previously used Pilates to support her own post injury rehab, she’s also a big advocate of it’s benefits. She’s adamant that Pilates should be a part of everybody’s fitness regime – alongside Barre, of course – and that’s why Ten is the perfect place for her to continue pass on her breadth of Barre expertise.

Whatever the workout, she believes that our bodies were made to move, and she loves helping anyone of any age, shape, ability and background find enjoyment in movement.

Frances has had a love for sport as long as she can remember. Running around a hockey field on frosty Sunday mornings aged eight eventually evolved into a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University (though she can still be found running around a hockey field on frosty Sunday mornings).

Over the course of her degree, Frances developed a passion for exercise prescription and lifestyle modification, wanting to help people move better whilst living heathier and happier lives.

Sarah Evans (Physio)
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

Sarah is an experienced Sports Massage Therapist with a background in Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy.

She was introduced to the world of rehab and physical therapy through an internship in a Pilates studio in America. Inspired by the use of Pilates in the rehabilitation of injured athletes, she studied Sports and Exercise Therapy at Leeds Beckett University.

She graduated with a First Class Honours degree and was awarded for Outstanding Academic Achievement. During her time in Leeds, she also qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist (ITEC level 3). In 2014, she completed her Masters Degree in Physiotherapy with Merit at King’s College London.

In addition to treating everyday aches and pains for clients from all walks of life, Sarah has gained valuable experience treating a variety of athletes from recreational to elite levels. She has worked across an impressive array of sports including rugby, basketball, volleyball, athletics, gymnastics, football, swimming, long distance running, tennis, and cycling – to list just a few.

She also has a keen interested in clinical Pilates; she has completed a Mat work level 1 workshop and enjoys doing Pilates in her free time.

The approach that Sarah takes is based on combining her knowledge and experiences in Sports Massage, Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy. She adapts her treatments depending on the individual, combining massage, joint mobilisations, stretching and self-management advice.

In the class you’ll use a combination of equipment and exercises that best suits you, including Reformer, Ladder Barrel, TRX, bosu and much more! Other Physiotherapy techniques such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue release and taping can be included as well.

Sarah is an experienced Sports Massage Therapist with a background in Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy.

She was introduced to the world of rehab and physical therapy through an internship in a Pilates studio in America. Inspired by the use of Pilates in the rehabilitation of injured athletes, she studied Sports and Exercise Therapy at Leeds Beckett University.

She graduated with a First Class Honours degree and was awarded for Outstanding Academic Achievement. During her time in Leeds, she also qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist (ITEC level 3). In 2014, she completed her Masters Degree in Physiotherapy with Merit at King’s College London.

In addition to treating everyday aches and pains for clients from all walks of life, Sarah has gained valuable experience treating a variety of athletes from recreational to elite levels. She has worked across an impressive array of sports including rugby, basketball, volleyball, athletics, gymnastics, football, swimming, long distance running, tennis, and cycling – to list just a few.

She also has a keen interested in clinical Pilates; she has completed a Mat work level 1 workshop and enjoys doing Pilates in her free time.

The approach that Sarah takes is based on combining her knowledge and experiences in Sports Massage, Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy. She adapts her treatments depending on the individual, combining massage, joint mobilisations, stretching and self-management advice.

Adrian Dixon
Originally from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, Adrian trained as a Group Exercise Instructor in 1997 and was chosen to represent Zimbabwe in Amsterdam at the 1999 World Cup Aerobics Sport competition, where he won a gold medal in the Mixed pairs event.

Adrian decided to pursue his passion in dance and fitness by moving to the U.K in 2001. He went on to complete a Three year Dance Teacher/Performing Arts Diploma at The Centre Performing Arts in London.

Whilst studying Dance he worked in the fitness industry, and has continued to this day. He teaches a range of group exercise classes including Body conditioning, Body pump, and Core.

He qualified as a Mat Pilates teacher (VTCT Level 3) in 2015 and now runs corporate, small group, and 1:1 Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions.

He is also a tutor and assessor for Future Fit Training delivering Group Exercise courses and marking Antenatal exercise prescription portfolios.

Dynamic Reformer has been a real ‘game changer’ for Adrian and he has been blown away by the versatility and effectiveness of the practice. In the class you’ll use a combination of equipment and exercises that best suits you, including Reformer, Ladder Barrel, TRX, bosu and much more! Other Physiotherapy techniques such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue release and taping can be included as well.

Sarah Evans (Physio)
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

Sarah is an experienced Sports Massage Therapist with a background in Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy.

She was introduced to the world of rehab and physical therapy through an internship in a Pilates studio in America. Inspired by the use of Pilates in the rehabilitation of injured athletes, she studied Sports and Exercise Therapy at Leeds Beckett University.

She graduated with a First Class Honours degree and was awarded for Outstanding Academic Achievement. During her time in Leeds, she also qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist (ITEC level 3). In 2014, she completed her Masters Degree in Physiotherapy with Merit at King’s College London.

In addition to treating everyday aches and pains for clients from all walks of life, Sarah has gained valuable experience treating a variety of athletes from recreational to elite levels. She has worked across an impressive array of sports including rugby, basketball, volleyball, athletics, gymnastics, football, swimming, long distance running, tennis, and cycling – to list just a few.

She also has a keen interested in clinical Pilates; she has completed a Mat work level 1 workshop and enjoys doing Pilates in her free time.

The approach that Sarah takes is based on combining her knowledge and experiences in Sports Massage, Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy. She adapts her treatments depending on the individual, combining massage, joint mobilisations, stretching and self-management advice.

Leah Willoughby
Leah holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Dance from UWL, where she also attained her Pilates Matwork qualification.

Coming from a professional dance background, core strength and the mobility of the body have always been at the forefront of her training. After finding the benefits of Pilates truly invaluable during her pregnancy, Leah’s passion for the exercise form grew, and she has been tutoring and furthering her training ever since.

Given Leah’s former career, it probably comes as no surprise that her classes focus heavily on precision of movement and postural improvement.

Leah is a strong believer in the benefits of movement and exercise both physically and mentally, whatever the body, whatever the age, whatever the lifestyle, and is on a mission to pump the world full of happy endorphins.

Adrian Dixon
Originally from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, Adrian trained as a Group Exercise Instructor in 1997 and was chosen to represent Zimbabwe in Amsterdam at the 1999 World Cup Aerobics Sport competition, where he won a gold medal in the Mixed pairs event.

Adrian decided to pursue his passion in dance and fitness by moving to the U.K in 2001. He went on to complete a Three year Dance Teacher/Performing Arts Diploma at The Centre Performing Arts in London.

Whilst studying Dance he worked in the fitness industry, and has continued to this day. He teaches a range of group exercise classes including Body conditioning, Body pump, and Core.

He qualified as a Mat Pilates teacher (VTCT Level 3) in 2015 and now runs corporate, small group, and 1:1 Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions.

He is also a tutor and assessor for Future Fit Training delivering Group Exercise courses and marking Antenatal exercise prescription portfolios.

Dynamic Reformer has been a real ‘game changer’ for Adrian and he has been blown away by the versatility and effectiveness of the practice. With such powerful movements and using the ‘time under tension’ method the participant is able to reap the rewards of Dynamic Reformer both physically and mentally.

Jennifer Bentley
From a young age Jen practised various disciplines of dance, including Ballet and Tap, and also Disco dancing, where she regularly danced competitively at events across the country. The first time she experienced Pilates was during dance classes as a teen, and was intrigues from the outset.

Whilst she loved her years of dancing, she moved to Bristol aged 18 to study a BA in Primary Teaching. Despite graduating with a 2.1 degree, she quickly realised that the school classroom was not for her, and that her true passion and vocation lay in movement and fitness.

In 2010 she completed her Level 3 Personal Training qualification and since then has have worked many of London’s leading gyms and fitness studios training clients 1-1 and leading TRX and PowerPlate classes. She later went on to gain her Mat Pilates certificate.

Jen credits Pilates entirely for allowing her to regain her core strength and stability and getting her back into shape quickly after the birth of her son over 4 years ago. What she loves most about Pilates is the amount of focus needed in order to execute each exercise with control and precision. Unsurprisingly, her classes will encourage you to zone out from all other distractions so you can achieve a great mind-body connection that lets you feel each movement – and its benefits.

Frances has had a love for sport as long as she can remember. Running around a hockey field on frosty Sunday mornings aged eight eventually evolved into a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University (though she can still be found running around a hockey field on frosty Sunday mornings).

Over the course of her degree, Frances developed a passion for exercise prescription and lifestyle modification, wanting to help people move better whilst living heathier and happier lives.
