Using Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Barrel, Wunda Chair and Cadillac, in these small group classes you will follow your own individual programme as you rotate between each piece of Pilates equipment. Each machine features a system of springs, creating resistance to allow and encourage the muscles of the hips, shoulders, arms and legs to work effectively. The resistance can be altered and set to suit the needs of each individual. This enables our team to devise a programme to facilitate the best possible outcome for our clients’ varying needs.

If you are new to Pilates an introductory assessment/therapist referral is required prior to taking part in a Group Circuit class.

All Group Circuit classes have a maximum of four clients and provide individual targeted tuition.
Aydanne King
Aydanne King is a former professional ballerina whose career was defined not only by performance but by resilience. Throughout their career, they underwent three major rehabilitations following knee surgeries. Returning to professional ballet each time before a fourth surgery ultimately brought their performing career to an end. Living through the demands of elite-level rehabilitation gave Aydanne a unique understanding of the body, movement, and what it truly takes to recover while maintaining the strength, control, and precision required of a professional dancer.

Experiencing such significant physical changes firsthand also gave Aydanne a deep appreciation of what it feels like when your body no longer moves, looks, or feels the way it once did. Rebuilding strength, adapting to change, and learning to trust their body again has shaped the way they work with clients today. While every journey is different, this lived experience allows Aydanne to connect with women navigating the profound physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum with genuine empathy and understanding.

Today, Aydanne is a Clinical Pilates Instructor specialising in pre- and postnatal pelvic rehabilitation. With over a decade of experience working alongside women's health physiotherapists, they combine clinical expertise with their own rehabilitation experience to help women feel stronger, more confident, and supported throughout every stage of pregnancy and recovery.

Alongside their work as a Pilates instructor, Aydanne is also an actor, bringing empathy, intuition, and strong communication skills into every session. They are passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where every client feels heard, understood, and empowered to reconnect with their body.

Aydanne has been part of the LVP team for over six years, helping women move with confidence through some of life's biggest physical transitions.
