She has extensive experience working in private practice, treating a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, post-natal rehabilitation, spinal health, and scoliosis. Avni has developed a particular interest in pelvic health and is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life – from managing complex pelvic conditions to helping new mums recover postnatally. Her approach is holistic and rooted in evidence-based practice, combining manual therapy, education, and functional movement to empower her patients and restore confidence.
Avni also incorporates Pilates into her rehabilitation programs, using it as a powerful tool to build strength, stability, and trust in the body’s movement again.
Outside the clinic, Avni enjoys travelling, hiking, running, and discovering new podcasts.
