Originally from New Zealand, Caitlin is a Physiotherapist specialising in MSK and Pelvic Health. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology and has worked in both Hospital and Private settings.

Throughout her career she has developed a particular interest in Pelvic health and has completed specialised courses to be able to treat and assess Pelvic health conditions. These conditions include urinary incontinence, Pelvic organ Prolapse, Pelvic pain (Vaginismus, Vulvodynia, Endometriosis); pre- and post-natal care including Caesarean section, Rectus abdominis diastasis and Pregnancy related pain.

During this time, she also developed her own passion with Reformer Pilates, completing her training in 2022. She believes it’s a valuable tool and incorporates it into patient rehabilitation. Caitlin uses a holistic and comprehensive approach, crafting individualised treatment plans that consider both immediate concerns and broader physical well-being.

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys going for walks, attending Pilates classes, and practising yoga at home. She believes it’s important to maintain a healthy work-life balance in which she reflects into her practice. Caitlin looks forward to bringing a unique approach to health & fitness.
