Nimmisha completed her Bachelors in Physiotherapy in India. During which she had clinical rotations in Musculoskeletal, Paediatrics, Neurosurgery, and Cardio-pulmonary physiotherapy for 2 years where she had an all-rounded experience. After successfully completing her Bachelor’s degree she completed her mandatory 6 months rotational internship where she further gained experience treating patients in hospitals and out-patient departments.

Nimmisha moved in the United Kingdom to pursue her Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Leeds Beckett University in 2019. After completing her Master’s Degree Nimmisha relocated to Norwich where she worked as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Rehab Pilates Instructor in a private clinic where she gained incredible amount of experience which further refined her Clinical Pilates skills. Nimmisha has also been an educator for physiotherapy students and a clinical-mentor for new physiotherapists, she is also very fond of educating her patients and suggesting modifications to prevent injuries.

She identifies her patient’s goals and creates a unique action plan with her patients to support them on their journey to return to sports or activities that keep them happy! She understands that pain is complex and it takes more than physical strength to overcome injuries.

In her free time Nimmisha loves exploring the city, taking photographs and cooking different types of cuisines.
