The Reformer can seem a little intimidating at first, but in reality it’s actually a very simple, and highly effective piece of equipment that will allow literally hundreds of different exercises to be performed.
Because it allows for different levels of support and resistance, the Pilates Reformer is as beneficial for beginners to Pilates as it is for advanced Pilates diehards.
