One of the most flexible pieces of equipment found in Pilates Studios, the Reformer allows an almost unlimited range of exercises to be performed, allowing you to work every area of the body.
It looks a little like a low bed, with a sliding platform (or carriage) on which you lie, sit, kneel or stand to perform different routines. The carriage is connected to the Reformer frame by a series of springs that can be adjusted to provide differing levels of resistance, depending on ability and the exercise being performed.
Ours are specially adapted to suit the specific needs of Ten’s Dynamic Pilates workout. (In the video, you can see just a few of the ways we use it.)
