This includes playing football at the highest academy level, and it was during this time that he developed a strong relationship and admiration for all things movement based. This also means that he is able to draw upon his extensive knowledge of sports performance to help others challenge their limitations and optimise their training outputs, to ultimately reach their goals. Having graduated as a Sports Therapist, Ade has previously worked with a range athletes, from amateur to elite, with a range of backgrounds and disciplines. As well as this, he has also worked within the NHS and for a number of wellbeing fitness clubs.
Ade prides himself on connecting and building strong relationships with his clients. He has a holistic approach to his training, which allows him to help his clients reach their goals efficiently and sustainably.

She graduated from Auckland University of Technology and has worked in both Hospital and Private settings.
Throughout her career she has developed a particular interest in Pelvic health and has completed specialised courses to be able to treat and assess Pelvic health conditions. During this time, she also developed her own passion with Reformer Pilates, completing her training in 2022. She believes it’s a valuable tool and incorporates it into patient rehabilitation. Caitlin uses a holistic and comprehensive approach, crafting individualised treatment plans that consider both immediate concerns and broader physical well-being.
In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys going for walks, attending Pilates classes and practising yoga at home. She believes it’s important to maintain a healthy work-life balance in which she reflects into her practice. Not for the inexperienced or unfit. 55 mins. | Fabiana Osborne Fabi started to practice Pilates back in Bento Goncalves, in southern Brazil when she was in her teens. Moving to Europe in her 20’s, Fabi left behind her beloved friends, dance and volleyball but brought her love of Pilates with her. She lived and worked in Lisbon, Bologna and Paris before eventually settling in London. Fabi describes her teaching style as gentle but with purpose, dynamic and challenging. She is hands-on in correcting posture and alignments, focusing on breathing, control and precision of the movements. Fabi’s aim is for people to come out of her class feeling proud of how far they pushed themselves and excited about their next class.
The benefits of applying movement as a form of therapy is something Fabi has first-hand experience of. She firmly believes that exercise helped her cope mentally and physically when she went through cancer treatment herself, and it’s what inspired her to specialise in Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation.

He began at just 3 years old, practicing Judo with his Aunt (a multiple world champion) and then trying has hand at a variety of sports before discovering dance at 14. Danilo’s hobby became his profession, as he passed the audition for one of the most prestigious arts universities in Europe, Codarts, in Holland, before moving to the UK, where he graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance. (As a Postgraduate, he also won the prize for best achievement of the year in 2012.) After his graduation Danilo worked as a professional dancer for a number of leading national and international choreographers. He danced as lead performer for the National Theatre, as well performing at the Royal Opera House and Sadler’s Wells, both in London and in their UK tours. He has always used Pilates as a base for his training, having discovered that it was the most efficient way to prevent injuries. After gaining his Matt Pilates qualification, he decided to combine his Pilates knowledge with the benefits of his dance experience and understanding of body awareness, muscle isolation and proprioception by teaching Pilates to professional dancers. Thu 17 October | 6:30pm | Beginners - Dynamic Reformer Pilates No prior experience is necessary for this class; a basic level of fitness is helpful but not essential. Clients are introduced to the equipment, techniques and some basic exercises. Recommended as your first class with Ten or for those of you who would like to practice at a gentler pace - though it's still more than enough of a workout to get those all important endorphins going. | Alana Cowie Alana moved to England nine years ago from a small town in the Northeast of Scotland to pursue her professional dance career. Alana has experience performing on cruise ships, on UK tours and at the Royal Opera House.
