Moving to Europe in her 20’s, Fabi left behind her beloved friends, dance and volleyball but brought her love of Pilates with her. She lived and worked in Lisbon, Bologna and Paris before eventually settling in London. Fabi describes her teaching style as gentle but with purpose, dynamic and challenging. She is hands-on in correcting posture and alignments, focusing on breathing, control and precision of the movements. Fabi’s aim is for people to come out of her class feeling proud of how far they pushed themselves and excited about their next class.
The benefits of applying movement as a form of therapy is something Fabi has first-hand experience of. She firmly believes that exercise helped her cope mentally and physically when she went through cancer treatment herself, and it’s what inspired her to specialise in Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation.

She graduated from Auckland University of Technology and has worked in both Hospital and Private settings.
Throughout her career she has developed a particular interest in Pelvic health and has completed specialised courses to be able to treat and assess Pelvic health conditions. During this time, she also developed her own passion with Reformer Pilates, completing her training in 2022. She believes it’s a valuable tool and incorporates it into patient rehabilitation. Caitlin uses a holistic and comprehensive approach, crafting individualised treatment plans that consider both immediate concerns and broader physical well-being.
In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys going for walks, attending Pilates classes and practising yoga at home. She believes it’s important to maintain a healthy work-life balance in which she reflects into her practice. She began her career as a nutrition and behavioural science research assistant, all the while, practicing Pilates on a daily basis to counteract the long periods of time spent sitting at a desk. After a hiatus from research, working in high-end hospitality management for three years, Olivia made the decision to combine her love for working in a people-driven environment with her background in health and fitness. She went on to complete her level 3 personal training and Pilates qualifications before coming to Ten. Olivia’s approach to training is holistic, combining her expertise in fuelling the body optimally with Dynamic Reformer Pilates to help her clients achieve long-term sustainable results. Within weeks the progression was noticable and Pilates allowed Amy to train 5 days a week safely and with confidence. These benefits are what has brought Amy into a clinical setting after years of experience in the dance and fitness industries. Amy’s class approach will mesh together the focus on postural alignment, core stability, upper and lower body strength along with creating a fluid sequence of movement to music with stretching and strengthening. Amy’s love for solo travelling and adventure hand in hand with clinical fitness are the blend that make her passionate about wellness and self awareness of the body and mind (in and out of the studio) and aims to bring this mantra within her classes. Attending professional ballet school from the age of 11, her purpose was dedicated to achieving the dream of becoming a professional dancer. Throughout her training she attended many workshops to have the opportunity to work with many prestigious choreographers and directors. She has always had a passion for striving to elevate her lifestyle so she could perform to the best of her ability. This allowed her to develop the strength to deliver what was required of her in a high pressure environment. During her time at ballet school in Belgium, Rebecca was introduced to Pilates and this was a complete game changer. She found control and her alignment was greatly improved due to participating in regular Pilates sessions. She unfortunately sustained a knee injury, which resulted in two surgeries. She was fortunate enough to have a reformer at home, so she focused on Pilates to aid her recovery and rehab. Due to experiencing 2 major knee surgeries, Rebecca can empathise with the frustration of dealing with injuries and the recovery process. This inspired her to help others who may be going through the same thing. She sees many people in her life complaining of aches and pains due to their lifestyles. She is excited to assist people on their fitness journey and help them to become pain free.

He began at just 3 years old, practicing Judo with his Aunt (a multiple world champion) and then trying has hand at a variety of sports before discovering dance at 14. Danilo’s hobby became his profession, as he passed the audition for one of the most prestigious arts universities in Europe, Codarts, in Holland, before moving to the UK, where he graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance. (As a Postgraduate, he also won the prize for best achievement of the year in 2012.) After his graduation Danilo worked as a professional dancer for a number of leading national and international choreographers. He danced as lead performer for the National Theatre, as well performing at the Royal Opera House and Sadler’s Wells, both in London and in their UK tours. He has always used Pilates as a base for his training, having discovered that it was the most efficient way to prevent injuries. After gaining his Matt Pilates qualification, he decided to combine his Pilates knowledge with the benefits of his dance experience and understanding of body awareness, muscle isolation and proprioception by teaching Pilates to professional dancers. Moving to Europe in her 20’s, Fabi left behind her beloved friends, dance and volleyball but brought her love of Pilates with her. She lived and worked in Lisbon, Bologna and Paris before eventually settling in London. Fabi describes her teaching style as gentle but with purpose, dynamic and challenging. She is hands-on in correcting posture and alignments, focusing on breathing, control and precision of the movements. Fabi’s aim is for people to come out of her class feeling proud of how far they pushed themselves and excited about their next class.
The benefits of applying movement as a form of therapy is something Fabi has first-hand experience of. She firmly believes that exercise helped her cope mentally and physically when she went through cancer treatment herself, and it’s what inspired her to specialise in Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation.

She graduated from Auckland University of Technology and has worked in both Hospital and Private settings.
Throughout her career she has developed a particular interest in Pelvic health and has completed specialised courses to be able to treat and assess Pelvic health conditions. During this time, she also developed her own passion with Reformer Pilates, completing her training in 2022. She believes it’s a valuable tool and incorporates it into patient rehabilitation. Caitlin uses a holistic and comprehensive approach, crafting individualised treatment plans that consider both immediate concerns and broader physical well-being.
In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys going for walks, attending Pilates classes and practising yoga at home. She believes it’s important to maintain a healthy work-life balance in which she reflects into her practice.
