Originally from Adelaide, Australia, Hannah holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) from the University of South Australia, as well as a Certificate IV and Diploma in Pilates. During her studies, she gained practical experience teaching reformer Pilates for two years, where she developed a strong foundation in movement education and rehabilitation.
Following graduation, Hannah spent five years working in a private practice in Adelaide specialising in disability rehabilitation. In this role, she worked extensively with clients presenting with a wide range of neurological and physical conditions, including spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neurone disease (MND), Parkinson’s disease, and amputations. Her work focused on helping clients restore function, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life through tailored exercise programs.
Hannah brings a compassionate and evidence-based approach to her practice, combining her clinical expertise with a genuine passion for empowering individuals to move confidently and achieve their personal goals.
Hannah has always loved being active and grew up playing a variety of sports, which first sparked her curiosity about how the body moves and performs. Over time, she realised her real passion lay in helping others feel strong, capable, and confident through movement. This naturally led her to study exercise physiology, where she could combine her love of fitness with her desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Hannah is a warm and supportive practitioner who takes a personalised and evidence-based approach to every session. She loves helping clients build confidence in their bodies and develop long-term strength and mobility through movement. With a background in disability rehabilitation, Hannah has extensive experience working with people managing neurological and physical conditions such as spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, amputations, as well as those recovering from cancer and cardiac conditions.
Clients can expect sessions that are tailored to their individual needs, with a focus on improving function, posture, and overall wellbeing. Whether supporting clients through rehabilitation or helping them move and feel better in their everyday lives, Hannah aims to make each session engaging, empowering, and enjoyable.
Hannah can usually be found running or in a Pilates class, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, curled up with a good book, or getting hooked on the latest reality TV drama.
