Born and raised in Hungary, Zsofia graduated the University of Szeged with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. From there, she moved to London to work in a private clinic where gained experience treating a variety of conditions.

Eager to pursue a new challenge, she moved to Brighton and joined a busy clinic, treating both private and NHS patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.

During this time, she also had the opportunity to work closely with an array of Orthopaedic consultants and practitioners, which enabled her to subsequently develop vast experience in rehabilitating people following elective Orthopaedic surgery. This meant that she was able to broaden her clinical knowledge and reasoning skills in order to provide the best care to patients.

Having previously worked with a number of Runners and Triathletes, Zsofia has a special interest in this area and recently completed further training in Running Assessment. This experience has meant that she is better able to help her clients achieve their goals, regain full capacity and, even, better their performance safely and efficiently.

Zsofia enjoys treating clients from all walks of life with all different kinds of conditions from head to toe. She does however have a particular interest in lower back pain, neck pain/headaches, lower limb injuries and sporting injures, of course.
