Hamstring/Posterior chain is underrated!

Freya has always had a passion for exercise and wellness, competing internationally in athletics and training in her free time. She found Pilates after an accident with severed tendons in the front of both of her shins, and damaged dorsiflex functions in her right foot. She loved how detail focussed and controlled Pilates was and became more aware of her body during lifting as a result.

Freya believes in optimising performance using tools like recovery and sleep, and a functional and personalised approach to training. She wants to empower clients to find a form of training that they love and can continue for years to come.
