Sam graduated university with an honours degree in Sport Rehabilitation. His primary focus was on musculoskeletal injury, movement preparation and execution.

Sam employs the biopsychosocial model when working with clients to help aid in not only what is best for them physically, but also psychologically and socially. He uniquely targets each treatment to the individual.

His experience in this sector ranges from working with clients within private Physiotherapy clinics, amateur rugby teams and multi-stage rehabilitation centres. He was able to utilise the pool & gym facilities as well as specific movement pattern training combining the latest motion capture and force plate technology.

He strongly believes that movement is medicine and “motion is lotion” with progressive and appropriate dosage depending on how the individual feels that day.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys cycling and competing in tough mudder events with friends. He also likes a relaxing day at home, although they are now few and far in between.
