This ability allows Emily to create personalised programs to improve and optimise a person’s overall strength and fitness.

She always strives to share her passion for movement as medicine by guiding all of her clients on a trajectory towards reaching their goals – no matter how big or small the client believes their goal is!

Emily has also completed training in girls and women sport and how to improve participation as well as female leadership programs. Her true passion lies with helping people and making sure that after every single session, clients walk out with a smile on their face and feeling well accomplished.

Emily has a background in basketball – both as a player and as an elite-junior level coach. She has also been a lead swimming instructor for five years and thoroughly enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities.

Emily has a passion for working with people living with chronic disease – in particular, neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular and mental health. She is committed to creating enjoyable, challenging and personalised exercise programs that will achieve her clients’ goals.

Outside of her clinical work, Emily enjoys long runs and is training to complete a marathon. She also enjoys travelling, going for walks with her fiancé and catching up with friends.
