Favourite area to treat:

I like to treat all areas but specifically areas that can be affected by work – whether postural (particularly Upper back, Shoulders and Chest, Lower back, and Glutes) or stress-related. I love to help educate clients on what is happening physiologically rather than just treat them.

Sarah has always been drawn to movement/fitness of any kind. From Athletics to Hockey and Jiu Jitsu to Dance she has embraced it all and will always jump feet first into new challenges.

Having trained as a professional dancer and spent over a decade in the industry she has performed in national tours, international shows, TV and Film. She has always been grateful that she was able to turn her passion into a career and was also able to gain valuable knowledge of the body – along with the injuries and rehab that were an inevitable part of her chosen career.

Discovering a passion for anatomy, remedial therapy and helping people. Sarah threw herself in retraining as a Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist at North London School of Sports Massage. This then led to further education in Cupping therapy and Medical Acupuncture which have been valuable enhancements to her treatments. Sarah loves developing her skills and is always looking to learn more and advance advance her ability how to help her clients in the very best ways.

Sarah understands the body, what it is capable of and how injuries or limitations can feel really tough. That understanding enables her to empathise and become invested in helping you feel like you again. She loves to create a ‘let’s tackle this as a team’ energy with her clients, and seeing a noticeable improvement in how they feel and move is what gets her out of bed in the morning.

When she’s not working Sarah loves to keep active and creative. You’ll find her in a pilates class, behind a camera, dancing on stage, making jewellery or doodling, running or walking in the great outdoors. You won’t catch her sitting still for long!
