Pre and Post Natal Women’s Health Conditions

Louisa has worked with a diverse range of Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Women’s Health clients since graduating from her Masters at King’s College London.

She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor and holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Leeds.
She started her career in South London, delivering NHS MSK Physiotherapy, where she gained a wealth of experience with clients ranging from athletes to older patients. She has spent the last two years in Private Practice and has expanded her offering to Women’s Health. She has also delivered multiple workshops and presentations to London-based corporates to help them manage Physio-related issues in the workplace.

Louisa’s interest in Women’s Health developed whilst working with clients who fell pregnant when under her care. She realised that this client group felt overwhelmed and under-supported as they navigated the pregnancy and the post-natal period, and she wanted to be part of the movement to close this gap. She endeavours to bring her expertise in exercise and rehabilitation to the Women’s Health sector and help provide a better standard of care overall.

Expect an honest, empathetic and relaxed approach, and to work with someone who will listen and take your goals seriously.
