Since graduating, he has worked with individuals with various Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Metabolic and Cardiovascular conditions to achieve their health, wellness, and participation goals.

Being very active from a young age, Carter has experienced the benefits regular exercise has to offer, inspiring him to embark on a career in the health and fitness industry. Passionate and enthusiastic, Carter likes his sessions to be fun and engaging to motivate others to build a healthy and positive relationship with exercise.

Carter is a firm believer that exercise should be accessible to all, no matter an individual’s age, or ability. Whether your goal is to increase athletic performance, reduce chronic pain, or to improve your capacity to participate in activities of daily living, Carter will enjoy working with you and tailoring a program to your specific needs.

Outside of work, Carter leads an active lifestyle, regularly going to the beach (in Australia), hiking, and playing tennis with friends. Recently moving to London, he’s keen to explore and try out new bars and restaurants.
