Fitness has been an essential element of Eleni’s life from childhood, starting with ballet and dance training as a young girl, before progressing to competitive volleyball.

In a varied and wide-ranging career, she has travelled the world as a model, developed her own dance programme fusing Latin and oriental styles, which became popular at gyms in her native Greece, and learning crossfit and stunt/fight training in order to prepare for a role in the Warner Brothers Wonder Woman movie.

The desire to share her love of exercise with others led Eleni naturally down the path of fitness professional – she is a qualified class and personal trainer and a women’s specialist. Passionate and empathic about helping women of all ages, abilities and body types feel strong, confident and comfortable in their bodies, and without the need to conform to society’s stereotypes, Eleni is qualified in pre and post natal, and pre and post menopause exercise.

For Eleni a healthy mind leads to a healthy body and vice versa. She tries to connect the mind and body in every session and believes that you should get to know your body in order to listen to it and reach its full amazing potential.

A combination of strength, flexibility and cardio makes up Eleni’s perfect workout – balanced by the calmness that Pilates and yoga brings to the soul.

Convinced that she can make anyone fall in love with exercise, she believes that the most important benefit of fitness is the smile a good workout can bring to anyone’s face.

In her spare time Eleni loves long-distance cycling, half marathons, salsa and good mystery novels.

She speaks English, Greek and Spanish – and can teach in all 3 languages (impressive, if potentially confusing for most of us!)
